Izy mAIfood redefines workplace dining through automation and intelligent operations. The platform combines computer vision, digital payments, and data analytics to deliver a seamless self-service experience for customers and real-time operational visibility for canteen operators.

Challenges

Traditional canteens relied on manual checkout, high staffing needs, and inefficient processes. Izy wanted to change this with a fully autonomous system powered by food recognition and automated payments.

The challenge was to engineer a system that could:

Identify food trays instantly and process payments automatically.

Integrate multiple third-party services for AI, payments, and logistics.

Scale across multiple canteens with role-based management and analytics.

Deliver a reliable user experience even when hardware or APIs were under development.
