Myldre, a large-scale property management firm, partnered with Resimator to build a unified platform that centralizes property, owner, tenant, and employee data.
Myldre manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The company needed a single digital platform that could consolidate financial, maintenance, and tenant operations across multiple sites — all while maintaining strict data security and access controls.
Resimator was selected to design and engineer this ecosystem: a multi-role, multi-tenant system built to replace manual workflows and legacy tools with one reliable source of truth.
The property management sector was constrained by disjointed systems — separate tools for finance, maintenance, and communication. Myldre’s teams managed spreadsheets, emails, and siloed databases, resulting in inconsistent data, security risks, and slow coordination.
The client’s goal was clear:
Resimator’s challenge was to design a security-first, role-based platform that simplified operations without compromising data integrity or performance.

Resimator joined as an architectural partner, not just a vendor. We led deep discovery and validation sessions with Myldre’s stakeholders to understand user workflows and security requirements.
This collaboration produced a security-first roadmap aligned with both technical and business goals.
Design and User Experience
We designed one platform that adapts dynamically for each role.
This permissions-driven interface keeps the experience intuitive while inherently reinforcing security, users only see what they’re authorized to access.
When access control requirements evolved mid-project, such as property-level permissions for employees, we restructured the data model to accommodate these real-world needs without slowing progress.
Continuous demos and feedback loops ensured every release met operational expectations.

The technologies that power our work.
